OGIC building is a parallelepiped compact placed on a pedestal.
The works of the volume and its facades is based on diversity of the surrounding buildings.
We find a contemporary building, with very smooth façade on one side, while on the other side the topography of the “Haussmannian” building is more refined. That’s why the project presents a smooth façade on the North-East side, where the “Hausmannian” building is, changing gradually, to a more expressive volume-thickness façade of expressive windows and balconies, getting freely in the south façade to the garden. It is a sort of gradual disintegration of the parallelepiped.
This work on the facades is reflected in a set of boxes-balconies as the reversal of the building into the garden, which offers a large number of balconies and loggias, led to the green space and oriented South.
