Operation at Grammont Sablière, Rouen, France Grammont neighborhood, in Rouen , is a sector undergoing important transformations.
For this project, which lay in a “green” site, the intention was to create a set of heights on green and wood horizontal surfaces: the central garden, terraces and houses roofs. This set of different heights has enabled us to work a low volume, on the south-west of the parcel, where there are 11 individual dwellings.
In the North-East we find the 31 apartments blocks, on 5 levels buildings. The general volume of the project allows constant natural light into the central common garden , and collective housing façades.
Each house and apartment is double orientated, allowing constant light and offering two different views and environment context.
The whole project is set on a platform elevated of 1.30m, in order to generate privacy to the private terraces and ground floor houses.
