The site geographic and topographic settling is formed by natural downslope terraces. This disposition and the motion of the terraces give the natural orientation of the building integration opened to distant views, avoiding thus the implement of housings facing each other. This allows preserving residents’ intimacy, while keeping an opened topography, free to access, and bringing comfort to both visitors and residents. This implementation prevents thus from any shadow on the façades, the only shadows appearing being those of the trees.
